1. Service Agreement
By using the repair services provided by Laptop Service Centre ("we," "us," or "our"), located at Shop No 13-A Ground, Palika Bazar, Swej Farm Rd, Shiva Colony, Sodala, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, you agree to these terms. All repairs are performed at our Sodala workshop unless otherwise arranged.
2. Diagnosis and Quotation
We provide a free initial diagnosis. A formal quotation is shared before any paid work begins. No repair work starts without customer approval of the quoted amount.
3. Warranty
Repairs carry a limited warranty covering the specific component replaced or repaired. Warranty periods vary by service type and are communicated at the time of quotation. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
4. Pickup and Delivery
For our pickup and delivery service, the customer is responsible for secure packaging. We are not liable for damage during transit via third-party couriers (Uber Parcel, Porter, etc.). We recommend taking photos of the device before shipping.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of repair, before device handover. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any repair is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for data loss — customers should back up data before submitting devices for repair.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes take effect upon posting to this page.
